Ok, absolutely the last post on Colmar. Here are various interesting pics around Colmar, all dressed up for Christmas, which I couldn't fit into previous posts...
First off, a restaurant decorated rather bizarrely for Christmas. It looked so intriguing, we had to eat here. Besides, it was lunchtime. Food was nice. Not amazing, not bad. But it was nice and cozy within, with a great ambiance.
Other interesting Christmas decorations... a raindeer made up of grape vine twigs (Colmar is a big wine producing region),
... A Christmas tree of Skis (this is also a winter sports region)
Gingerbread decorations in a pastry shop window. Yes, that little sign says "No Photography".

Chestnut cream pastries, a speciality of the region...
